Billed in 15-minute increments.

·       General Handyman Work: £45/hr (≈ £12 per 15 mins)

·       Minor Electrical Work: £50/hr (≈ £12.50 per 15 mins)

·       Small Plumbing Repairs: £45–£50/hr

Fixed-Price Small Jobs

·       Replace a light fitting: £30–£40

·       Change a switch or socket: £25–£35

·       Fix a dripping tap: £30–£45

·       Unblock a sink/trap: £30–£40

·       Door adjustment/repair: £25–£35

Parts charged separately on all jobs.

Call-Out Fee

£40 — only charged if no work is carried out.
Waived if the job goes ahead.
